Manage Client
When a new client signs up, use the Recurring Appointments button to create all their upcoming appointments for this session. You should usually set the end date as the end of the session (May 31, August 31, or December 31).
The Delete button should only be used if the appointment was placed on the schedule by mistake. If you are cancelling an appointment, use the Edit button on the appointment and change the status to "Cancelled" or "Absent." This will help us keep a record of what occurred over the course of the session.

ADD APPOINTMENT(S):
The purpose of changing the lesson day and time in this section is to change your own availability as Lakewinds personnel for when new clients sign up. It will NOT change the dates/times of appointments that are already scheduled with this client. If you need to change the appointment times for this client, you should do that in the Appointments section.
The timeslot that will be blocked out for this client on your availability schedule will be the timeslot with the latest effective date within the session it belongs to. For example, if you changed a client's timeslot on June 5, and then again on July 2, the timeslot indicated on the July 2 change will be the one that is blocked out on your calendar for the June - August session as unavailable for new bookings. To block out a timeslot for a future session, you must choose a change effective date that falls within that session.
