Original compositions from Cheryl Leah and Ed Willett pulled from their 38 year history of writing and performing together with their group, the Chance Ensemble, with pianist/composer Severin Behnin. Also on the program will be Samuel Barber’s Sonata for Cello and Piano.
Bayfield Summer Concerts continue to offer a broad range of music from classical, jazz,and folk, performed by musicians from the Chequamegon Bay area and beyond. Established in 1997 as the 'Bayfield (mostly) Schubert Festival' by Fr. Dennis Michno (Vicar- Christ Episcopal Church) the series lives on after his retirement in 2001. No tickets are required for our early evening concerts, but free-will donations are encouraged and gratefully accepted. The suggested donation is \$10/per person. Checks are welcome. Each Wednesday evening concert is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. still leaving you plenty of time afterward for whatever you've planned for the evening!
